The federal government shutdown delayed the TAG process, as well as resulted in furloughing and layoffs of EPA support staff. The CAG is still waiting on a response from EPA for its OU4 NEBA letter, sent October 9th, and appreciates updates from EPA about delays given the federal government shutdown.
Doug Brecht shared regional and national news reports related to state and federal agency actions tied to forever chemicals, CAFOs, and the government shutdown.
