Doug Brecht continued to share news articles about changes implemented and proposed at the federal level that could impact the Velsicol Sites cleanup and Pine River.

· The CAG sent comments and questions about remedial work in OU3 to US EPA on March 27, 2025. We anticipate a response this month.

· The CAG is still waiting on a response to our FOIA for the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission records related to radioactive waste at the FPS (submitted in October 2024; still in progress).

· Brittany is in communication with a consultant for the Center for Disease Control Museum (Atlanta, GA), who is working on a new exhibit planned for this fall that will include historical records tied to the NIOSH study of chemical workers at MCC/Velsicol and the Michigan PBB Disaster.

· Gary and Brittany made contact with two prospective TAG TA candidates in April (to be discussed during TA/TASC Report).

· CAG officers met with TASC consultants from SKEO on Wednesday, April 23rd, to tour the community and sites, as well as discuss a summary report of OU3-related work and assistance for OU4 remedial work.

· Gary and Brittany prepared and submitted the first TAG quarterly report for 2025 to EPA in late April. A three-year extension was recently approved for this funding.
